Yes, look at what Will Harris at White Oak Pastures has done. He’s definitely doing it the right way.

I really value the points expressed here by Robbie and would love to read (ideallly, hear in a podcast) much more that this person has to say. Is Modern Farmer able to reach out to them?
Many thanks
Wendy

AI-powered bee tracking could revolutionize how we study and protect these vital pollinators. I’m curious about the long-term applications of this data. Perhaps ChatGPT could outline potential research areas this technology could facilitate.

Comment on Opinion: There’s No Right Way to Eat Meat by Chris https://modernfarmer.com/2024/04/opinion-theres-no-right-way-to-eat-meat/#comment-73098 Sun, 14 Apr 2024 19:23:27 +0000 https://modernfarmer.com/?p=152563#comment-73098 There is no reason to eat less meat. Properly raised meat is good for you and good for the environment. Suggesting that cattle are a contributing cause to rising co2 emissions is like sticking your finger in an Olympic swimming pool and saying that contributed to the water level rising. Switch from factory farming to regenerative practices because it’s good for your health and the environment, but it has nothing to do with “climate change.”

‘Mutton’ in Pakistani/Indian dishes is often goat. The word is used for both sheep and goat meat in those countries.
