I believe there’s much more that can easily done in the States where many individuals could easily compost year round in their own back yards!
Look to the experts where organic waste collection and composting are mainstream. Some American cities have to be doing this successfully??
If not, “Google” Guelph, Ontario, Canada…..it has an excellent program in place.
I agree with the statement, “Education cannot be understated”!!

Farm Aid composts in our festivals and requires all-compostable service ware. We’ve been doing that since 2007 and it’s interesting how the compost companies have evolved and grown. A municipal destination for the compost is a plus.
